Braindock
A digital product, and the factory that makes its ads.
I shipped a paid product end to end, page to checkout to delivery, then built a pipeline that renders eight branded promo reels from a single JSON spec.
input: one brief.json (hooks, captions, structure) render B01 ... done render B05 ... done render B02 ... done render B06 ... done render B03 ... done render B07 ... done render B04 ... done render B08 ... done output: 8 branded reels -> human QA gate -> post one spec in, a week of on-brand content out
The product is a structured, template-driven knowledge system sold as a portable folder, built that way on purpose so it outlives any single AI subscription. Around it I built the full self-serve funnel: a landing page, email capture, checkout on every call to action, and gated delivery of the download. The whole checkout-to-delivery path was rehearsed in test mode before the live payment link went on, and the deploy sat behind a multi-point verification checklist.
The part I am proudest of is the ad-reel factory. Instead of editing promos by hand, one JSON spec defines the hooks, captions and structure, and the system compiles and renders each variant programmatically to a locked brand voice and visual style, then hands them back for a human QA pass. It turns "make an ad" into "write one spec, get a week of content," which is the same instinct the rest of my work runs on: find the repetitive manual process and make it a documented, config-driven pipeline.

multi-week build
What it actually took. Shipping the product was not the hard part; getting a stranger to trust a checkout was. The reel factory came out of a blunt realisation that I could not out-post a hand-editing schedule, so the content had to be manufactured, not made. Building the machine that makes the ads turned out to be more valuable than any single ad.
